I just returned to Islamorada in the Florida Keys after attending the Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event for 2014 or #GNE2014 on Miami Beach. Top producing Sotheby’s Realty agents from all over the world were in attendance. The networking conference provided a professional venue for connecting with over 1400 top Sotheby’s Realty agents and brokers across the country and the world. Building these relationships are key in increasing my reach through referrals into prime real estate, motivated buyers and luxury property sellers.
I had the unique opportunity to hear from Pat Riley, president and former head coach of the Miami HEAT, as our keynote speaker. His winning philosophy is a true inspiration, making me want to be the best Sotheby’s agent that I can be. The event “speaks to the power of the brand and the strength of our relationships worldwide, which are invaluable to our clients,” One Sotheby’s president Daniel de la Vega said. — Eric Kalis of the Real Deal
I was able to meet with the entire Sotheby’s International Realty team and understand how Sotheby’s International Realty is moving forward “as the go to place” to market Real Estate in the future. Sotheby’s International Realty offers an integrated user friendly app making it possible to shop for real estate from anywhere in the world. This online ability reaches beyond most exceptions.
Through these types of connections I will be able to connect buyers and sellers from all over the world. Together with Ocean Sotheby’s Realty based in my own Islamorada, we are able to market all types and prices of homes to anyone looking to come to the Keys. After speaking with so many agents from the rest of the world, I am convinced that the Florida Keys and Islamorada is on the top of many people’s list for primary and second homes.
